What is your return policy?

We appreciate your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you received, you may return your purchase for a full refund, less any applicable shipping charges, within 14 days of the shipment date. The merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund. Sale Merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned.

When will I receive my return?

We apply your refund to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receipt. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your account when the refund is applied. Your bank, however, may require additional days to process and post the refund transaction to your account.

Do you offer exchanges? 

We do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, return your original purchase by following the above return guidelines and place a new order for the item you would like to purchase. *If you received a Marsea Design item as a gift and wish to exchange it, please contact customer service via email for further assistance at marci@marseadesigns.com.

What happens if I receive an incorrect item? Or if my item is damaged or defective? 

If you received an incorrect item or if the merchandise was damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact customer service immediately by calling (424) 2-MARSEA or email marci@marseadesigns.com.

How soon will my order be shipped? 

After placing an order, please allow 2 business days processing time. Items will be shipped within 5-7 business days. All online purchases are shipped via US Postal Service priority mail. If you have questions regarding delivery times please contact customer service via email at marci@marseadesigns.com. If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to Marsea Designs. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

How do I track my shipment? 

After your online order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email providing the tracking number as well as information on how to track your package.
